In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to manufacturing you must contact us immediately by phone or email. We will advise at that time how to return your order for reimbursement or replacement of the purchased item. When we receive your returned items we will then inspect them and reimburse payment.
Return Policy

We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent please inquire about a sample first before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.
Candle Safety

Remove packaging and label before lighting. Keep the wax free of matches, wick trimmings, or other flammable materials. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to prevent smoking and soot build up on the container or other items. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED. *Please Note: All Soy Candles Liquify when Lit.
