Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow for 2-3 days for shipping for most orders. Jojo’s Candle Company ships within the 48 continental states, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary, but will be disclosed before you authorize payment.

Satisfaction Guarantee

In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to manufacturing defects you must contact us immediately by email. We will advise at that time how to return your order for reimbursement or replacement of the purchased item. When we receive your returned items we will then inspect the order and determine to reimburse or exchange.

Order Processing Time

We are currently processing all orders within 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind we hand pour each and every candle at the time of purchase.
