Jojo’s Candle Co’s Return & Refund Policy
We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent please inquire about a sample pack first before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.
If merchandise arrives damaged, you have up to 7 days from the receipt of your package to contact us regarding the damage to your order:
- Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in
- Notify Jojo’s Candle Company immediately
- Take photo’s of the damaged box and merchandise
NO returns or refunds of any type will be accepted without prior authorization.
For faster service, please have the following information on hand when emailing or calling:
- Your name
- Order Number
- Nature of the problem
- Provide photo’s of the damaged box and merchandise.
Jojo’s Candle Company reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the ship date. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded. Jojo’s Candle Company may or may not pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back depending on the situation and or reasoning being returned.
All products returned MUST BE 100% COMPLETE:
- Contain ALL original boxes and packaging materials
- Have original UPC codes on the boxes. (if applicable)
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items unless prior arrangements have been made.
Jojo’s Candle Company may or may not match your shipping method on your replacement or exchange item(s).
Jojo’s Candle Company strongly recommends, (however not required), you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
